Please read our policies carefully before booking your appointment at Waho Aesthetics in Dublin, Ireland. These guidelines help us manage appointments smoothly and provide the best experience for every client. Please arrive without any makeup when coming for your appointment. This helps us save time and ensures better treatment results.
Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings are taken through direct message or www.wahoaesthetics.com. Kindly DM us if booking is done from the Waho Aesthetics website. Once your appointment is confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your slot. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We accept cash or bank transfer for payments. There are multiple cash withdrawal options available near our location if needed. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid at the clinic on the day of your treatment. We accept standard payment methods for your convenience.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. However, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be lost. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in loss of the deposit. Any rescheduling done within 48 hours of the appointment will require a new deposit to secure another booking.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
